Nottinghamshire had to settle for a draw at Trent Bridge as they saw out the final day comfortably with the bat, with a couple of morale boosting second innings centuries from Hasseb Hameed and Kyle Verrynne, the biggest take from Day 4.

A disappointing first innings score of 279 put the hosts under pressure after Warwickshire racked up 459 to give themselves a lead of 180 and asking Notts to follow-on, with the bowlers struggling to make any significant and regular headway into the bears batting.
