New feature documentary film on Brian Lara showing in Nottingham this August.

A new film on the legendary Caribbean cricketer Brian Lara called '501 Not Out' is showing at Broadway Cinema in Nottingham on Sunday August 9th at 16:30.
In addition to the film there will be a pre-recorded panel discussion hosted by broadcaster Archie Kalyana with director Sam Lockyer and special guest Brian Lara.
'501 Not Out' tells the remarkable story of Lara's rise to global superstardom in 1994 plus his early development in Trinidad. It features an interview with Lara himself plus contributions from Sir Curtly Ambrose, Ian Bell, Jonathan Agnew and many more.
The film was made in the Midlands and features previously unseen archive footage and stills. In their review The New York Times said it 'will undoubtedly prove invaluable to future generations'.
