Trent Rockets continued their good form in the Hundred and sit at the top of the table, winning their last three games, including a nine-wicket win against second-placed Welsh Fire. The two sides share the same number of points, but the Rockets have a much superior net run rate.
Wins against Welsh Fire, Manchester Super Giants, and SunRisers Leeds have seen the side look well placed for top spot and a place in the Final at Lord’s at the end of next week.
Positive #1 – Wins have created genuine momentum
Having lost the first game at Edgbaston to a Joe Clarke-inspired Birmingham Phoenix, Trent Rockets have not looked back. The games at Trent Bridge may have been close, but good home support has helped carry them over the line.
