Franks rues late collapse as Gloucestershire end Notts' winning run

Paul Franks admitted Nottinghamshire Outlaws paid the price for losing momentum at the end of their innings after Gloucestershire claimed a three-wicket victory in the Metro Bank One Day Cup.
Having looked set to post a total well in excess of 300, the Outlaws were pegged back dramatically during the closing overs, eventually bowled out for 279. Gloucestershire made the most of that late shift in momentum, with James Bracey's outstanding century laying the platform for a successful chase as the visitors reached 282-6 with five balls to spare.
Nottinghamshire had recovered well after an uncertain start to their innings. Ben Martindale and Freddie McCann had guided the Outlaws to 52 before McCann was dismissed for 21, while Tayyab Tahir fell just an over later.
