Nottinghamshire Outlaws made it three wins from three in the Metro Bank One Day Cup with a comfortable victory over Leicestershire at Trent Bridge, although there were one or two moments during the chase where the visitors briefly threatened to make things interesting.
Ultimately, though, the result rarely looked in serious doubt.
The Outlaws once again demonstrated the strength and depth of a squad that has started the competition in impressive fashion, with another disciplined bowling display laying the foundations before the batters calmly completed the job.
While Joe Pocklington's figures of 4-40 caught the eye, the young spinner was quick to point out that the performance was very much a collective effort from the entire attack.
