County Championship Warwickshire Team Profile

Perhaps the hardest team to gauge where they are at as a side, they have a consistent squad, not many superstars but plenty that are reliable and consistent. Are they missing that crucial spark to have any say in the title challenge or could they be last season's Durham and have a poor season at the wrong time?

Just where are Warwickshire at as a side, are they a relegation worry, are they contenders in the County Championship or are they just middle of the road. It's a question that many are struggling to answer.

Squad Overview

The Warwickshire squad arguably looks a little better this coming summer, a couple of returnee's has definitely bolstered their bowling options, though they will have to do without Jacob Bethall for most of the season you'd expect so that's a loss batting wise.

Chris Woakes' availability for the summer will be a huge boost now he has ended his England career and that itself is like a new signing and he will spearhead the attack that has serious experience in Oliver Hannon-Dalby and Keith Barker as well as Ethan Bamber and Michael Booth so competition for places is a positive.
