Nottinghamshire return to Rothesay County Championship action on Friday as Somerset make the trip to Trent Bridge for what looks one of the standout fixtures of the round.
Peter Moores' side head into the contest sitting top of Division One after a superb start to the campaign that has seen them establish themselves as genuine title contenders again. However, despite occupying first place, there is little room for complacency with Somerset currently sixth but only 12 points behind the leaders in an incredibly congested table.
